Finished parts Shurpac also has the ability to coat large and/or heavy parts which may require long baking cycles. Shurpac offers the additional convenience of packaging and assembly of your finished product. Output Capabilities Shurpac's three separate paint lines allow for the finishing of parts with a wide variety of shapes and sizes. The exclusive "power and free" paint line has the capabilities of handling extremely large runs with parts up to 400lbs. Shurpac continually engineers new innovations to improve the efficiency of its production. In addition, Shurpac has a paint system dedicated solely for processing aluminum parts. Aluminum requires different care in the wash cycle than parts made of steel. Having a separate wash line ensures our customers that their parts are receiving proper pre-treatment for a long lasting finish.
